Here is our Bronze Level violin making kit, great for an aspiring luthier, to understand more about how violins are made and a very interesting home hobby idea. The kit for making full size (4/4) violin includes: solid spruce top with cut f holes attached to the maple back and pre-cut maple scroll with holes pre-drilled for the included pegs, fingerboard is attached. Includes endpin, chinrest and tailpiece,tailgut, saddle and spruce soundpost. Also included is a bridge,strings,and real luthier hide glue. (all you need is varnish). Nice maple back with spruce blocks, and matching maple sides attached. This violin will require final assembly, cut button and set neck. The pegs and peg holes have been tapered but will need some sanding to adjust for final fitting. It will make enjoyable project to complete.
